Josephine Tsai is an attorney in Lee and Li's ﾠPatentsﾠandﾠTechnology Department. Her practice focuses on international and domestic patent prosecution, maintenance and enforcement in the technical fields related to life sciences, pharmaceuticals and chemistry. She also has participated in unfair competition and technology transfer matters. Alongside prosecution and court work, Josephine also provides advice to the clients on compliance issues in the intellectual property areas of expertise.
