Chih-chi specializes civil litigations and government contracts. In the field of civil litigations, she has assisted major cases involving consumer disputes, mass tort and government contract disputes. As for the criminal litgation practice area, Chih-chi has represented international brands in trademark protection.

During Chih-Chi's studies at National Chiao Tung University, she focused on international law and intellectual property law. At Columbia University, she concentrated on securities litigation and antitrust trial practice. She also passed the New York State Bar Examination in July 2025.
