Peggy is a member of the Corporate and Investment Department of Lee and Li, Attorneys-at-Law. Her practice areas focus on corporate investment, mergers and acquisitions, competition law, digital, TMT and data privacy.
Peggy has extensive experience counseling e-commerce operations to enter Taiwan, dealing with unfair competition and concerted action (cartels) investigations and combination declarations. She also provides legal consulting services for clients, for example, venture capital funds' investment in domestic and foreign businesses. She advises on TMT, data privacy, labor laws and other related matters.
Prior to joining Lee and Li, Peggy was once seconded to Uber for regulatory compliance and commercial transaction in the delivery market and has extensive industry experiences.
