Dennis Yu, a senior counselor of Lee and Li, after graduated from school, he worked at National Taxation Bureau of Taipei, MOF ("NTBT") and was in charge of auditing profit-seeking enterprise income tax and study of laws and regulations. He was a member of the NTBT's audit team reviewing laws and regulations on enterprise mergers and acquisitions, the audit team for transfer pricing, and the task force for implementing alternative minimum tax. He also lectured on relevant subjects. In 2007, he joined Lee and Li, Attorneys-at-Law.
Yu has extensive experience in taxation matters and is familiar with various taxation laws and regulations. At Lee and Li, he is in charge of handling clients' tax problems and consults on tax issues such as multinational mergers and acquisitions, financial commodities, transfer pricing, international tax, customs value analysis and custom tariff classification.
