Representing an insured to claim insurance proceeds in an arbitration case for its damage and loss of properties and business interruption owing to a major earthquake. The awarded amount is the top one in the insurance-related cases of China Arbitration Association. Representing the EPA to claim damages from P&I of the ship which caused substantial oil pollution. That is the first leading case after the Ocean Pollution Prevention and Control Act took effective. She also handled the damage claims with an amount of more than 1 billion New Taiwan Dollars for the terminals in accidents caused by the under-construction vessel or the vessel calling the berth. Handling the enforcement cases involving the airplane, ships, golf court and IP rights as the enforcement targets. Representing an international company in a leading antitrust case and family-related disputes.
