Yin-Fan Chen studied at Waseda University in Japan for one year and acquired her proficiency of Japanese. She has extensive experience in advising Japanese companies in various industries. Her practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment in Taiwan, capital markets, regulatory compliance, competition law and labor law in Taiwan, personal information protection and consumer protection. She has facilitated foreign clients' acquiring public companies in Taiwan and other M&A investment, notification on combination pursuant to Fair Trade Act, and dispute settlement. Furthermore, she has advised on regulatory compliance for multinational enterprises, formulated internal rules, and reviewed all types of contracts.
